DXF tabs don't respect light mode settings

Unfortunately, because of my astigmatism, dark mode causes me instant pain and a lingering headache (here's a short read on how dark mode can interact with astigmatism). I don't have dark mode turned on in OnShape, and until I uploaded a DXF it's worked perfectly. Above is the screenshot from my import today.

Two questions:

  1. Is there a separate, disablable dark mode switch for DXF tabs?
  2. Can in general this be fixed so that unless the user chooses dark mode nothing is put automatically into dark mode?

@Friday Night Funkin' No, OnShape does not have a separate dark mode switch specifically for DXF tabs. However, certain imported file types (like DXFs) may render with a dark background in OnShape's viewer by default to make the lines in the drawing more visible. This behavior can feel like "dark mode" even when it's not.

@fiora_logan thanks for the input. If the intent is to make things more visible, the result is very much the opposite. The original PDF, black lines on white background, is easy to read. The converted DXF should have been as easy, but it is ultimately not, because it's white lines on black background.

I would go so far as to say that's not "feels like dark mode", it is dark mode by definition.
