creating a bloc

Hi,
I want to create a bloc that is, let's say 100 mm by 150 wide and 120 deep, but at the bottom I have a angle so it does stands with a 45 degres angle and I want to extrude everything inside except 5mm on all the faces
how can I extrude the inside.

Not sure what you mean by "extrude the inside." If you mean, leave it hollow, then use the Shell tool and check off "Hollow."
Sorry about the wording, I am fairly new, yes I want the bloc empty with a 5 mm wall on all the faces.
Also, what are the steps I should take to create it.
