Loft or Sweep Triangle Shape around Cylinder
Hi all, I am looking for a bit of advice on how I can loft from one triangle on the base of a cylinder to a smaller one on the top whilst flowing around a curve on the outer face of the cylinder. I have tried to create some paths around the cylinder but I am unable to get the lofted triangle to 'hug' the cylinder and maintain the shape. It's hard to put into words but I would be grateful of any advice. Here is the document:

you're close!
using guides and path with the current curves is the way to go.
there's too little interference between the cylinder and the triangle to allow the triangle to unite at first. but with a little offset face, it works.
is this the end result you're looking for?
