[DUPLICATE - CLOSED] Hole tool: threads in ITEM profiles

Hi all,
I have a little problem adding threads to the front side (profile) of ITEM aluminium profiles.

To reproduce:
- I am using a sketch derived from the supplier for the custom frame type to use in onshape
- inserted the frame profile
- create

Du musst in das Profil hineinbohren, nicht aus dem Profil hinaus, dann klappt das. :0)
Ich würde auch nicht unbedingt ein Vollgewinde durch das gesamte Profil machen, sondern eines mit begrenzter Tiefe. War das zentrale Loch schon da? Das Hole Tool erzeugt ja das Loch UND das Gewinde. Wenn da also kein Fleisch zum Bohren ist, kann es nicht arbeiten. Vielleicht zuvor das importierte Loch entfernen, oder das FS Thread Creator benutzen: Das arbeitet mit bestehenden Löchern.
