make a sketch with this shape in the plane of these pictures and intersect it with the first extrude.
do that before the chamfers, drafts etc.
Yes i try it, but because the top is curved.
The top edge not just a line.
Like this?
Hello
Yes, but in the mean time i solved with revolve, because the top face also curved on the side.
But now i have another problem with the chamfer, first i try to move and rotate the face, but thats make a small width.
So i cut more piece, and rotate every piece just a bit.
But now this corner top is to fragmanted, any idea how can i make a nice even bended corner like this but without fragmantation?
Without access to your document it will be hard to determine the cause of fragments. You will have to provide a link so that everyone can see what you did to get to the point you are.
Yes sorry,

i made some plane and cut the faces, then bend it, i try to bend without cuts, but then the angle was too small.
looks like you've fixed your fragmentation. just apply a loft cut with a path to get the chamfer…
Yes i try, but the first 1/4 have a same width, and strait going up. then start to tightening but not too fast, thats why i have this problem.
Like the fragmanted version.
Delete all the chamfer and move face features you have tried. and use a loft as I shown in my image.if you are unfamiliar with lofts you can learn more at learn.onshape.com
Hello
i know the loft, but thats not working for me, because first its go straight up, and just then start the curve.
And the straight part has a same widht, and just then start to tightening. but very low angle.
