I closed the loop and no more red dots but get this error. Is it just too wiggly? Its an import from another app. Here is my workspace if anyone can fix….

Looks like you've made some changes since your screenshot. The surface is extremely complex - way too many spans - and the tip is pretty tortured for the way that NURBs work. Something very weird is happening there. The trailing edge is open (~0.05mm) but somehow the tip isn't.
If you can get the surface to be simplified and possibly split the top and bottom into two surfaces, it might behave better.
