how do we smooth out (blend?) the end of custom threads?

Will you make the model public? I can't access it. Here's a model showing are 3 different ways I've done it in the past:
- Angle the flat end face and fillet it. I don't love how it makes it flair out, but it can work.
- Use a revolve feature on the ends, then trim the excess and merge it in
- Extrude the ends straight in the direction of the helix ends

#2 is the standard way that real injection molded closures are done. They use a rotating mill bit to make the features in the tool.
