Onshape Loading Times - highlighting around part multiple times

Hello,
I am a user of Onshape Educational edition, and currently use it to design a robot for the 2024-2025 FTC challenge. Recently, I've been running into some issues where Onshape, when rotating, zooming in/out, panning, or dragging, would highlight around the parts it thinks the mouse is on, and layer them up like below.
I've also had problems where the whole robot turns black, leaving only the outline of the robot. Another error is below.
All of these problems take a long time to fix (around 1 min of refreshing the page, trying to click away, dragging my mouse and spamming buttons, etc) and happen rather frequently. I am on a 2022 M2 Macbook Air with 8GB of ram on MacOS Sequoia, and I am running this on Brave Browser with a couple adblocker extensions (that I all turned off) and other miscellaneous extensions, around 11 in total. These issues are quite annoying to work with, as it renders Onshape extremely annoying to control, even when, in the Performance tab, I am getting numbers that seem ok.
