Why do I get 'not fully defined' on my sketch

I counted five blue dots at the end of lines, in that sketch - they need to be dimensioned or constrained. As a diagnostic tool, try to drag the endpoints around, and see which way they move - then add the appropriate dimension, or constraint.
It's good practice to fully constrain sketches, because future edits may cause unwanted behavior.
You have 3 point entities that aren't constrained and that you probably don't need. blue circled and 1 end point that is not constrained. red circled. none of the blue dots on construction lines matter.
