Increase in general bugginess

Has anyone else been experiencing an increase in bugginess in Onshape recently? We're dealing with unusual amounts of random glitches, page reloading, etc.

Alright, I guess it's just us.

I don't know if I would say that it is only you. It seems like there are more glitches. The problem is that it's tough to pinpoint the issue with AWS, internet connection, browsers, and individual computer quirks. It is sometimes hard to figure out where the problem is and even harder to reproduce it consistently and submit support tickets. At times, I just shrug and go on.

Not just you, it's pretty brutal right now. Parts won't (visually) load, long load or rebuild times, general bugs as well.

Mines been pretty slow, wasn't sure if it was just my internet or the servers.

It's at a point where I can barely load small assemblies. Still faster than SW…but uh, she be rough right now.

Edit: This is really brutal, I'll probably miss a deadline due to it. It's taking 30s+ to open a sketch, several minutes to load small assemblies or part studios.

Relations are randomly breaking; they're not updating when things change as well.

…now flat patterns are showing up in models.

Some things are slower to update like drawings when update a part version seems to require a page refresh. Not as zippy as it used to be.

Last month I needed to regularly refresh the browser when a context was show the wrong things. After refreshing the tab it would behave. Seems to have been resolved though.

Definitely a lot random slowdown issues that still persist.

Same here. Even with small models, I had sudden 'freezes' that could last from a few seconds up to a minute or two. It started about five or six days ago. OS would then become completely unresponsive, though throwing no errors, while other web related things keep on working (I am on a fast glass fibre connection and left a network monitor visible just to see what was going on).

Already did, and @lauren_little has been a blast to work with. 10/10 support and service.

Just filed a support ticket. Features fail to display in assembly despite being listed in the feature tree. This happens after just about every change made to the document, but the disappearing features have no apparent connection to the change being made, Looking forward to a resolution- this problem is killing productivity.
