Not sure how to bend surfaces over a curve... can someone point me in the right direction?

Attempting to bend these surfaces over the curved line. I can share the document if needed, but this might be such a simple answer i'm missing.

Context:

I'm wrapping faces onto STLs of characters from a game i like to make 3d printable figures. All the characters have relative simple shaped heads, and because i didn't want to paint them i chose to engrave the face into them. Not all characters have flat faces, some have curved faces as seen here. I need to warp the faces to keep them accurate. I can't use blender for the life of me. Thanks so much developers for adding STL boolean support!!!

Document has a lot of extra context i'm happy to share if needed.

    you cannot bend the surfaces.

but you can make the curved surface (using a revolved for example), and then protect the curves onto it.

Come to think of it, you could abuse > sheet metal part (set to thicken) > bend (with enormous radius), but there'll always be a slight bit at the end, else the bend will fail. moreover it will only be bent in one direction, which it seems you already have…
