Why is the dimension tool not functioning when trying to dimension a fillet when creating a Drawing.

When creating a drawing, the dimension tool does not function properly when dimensioning a fillet. It used to work, but no longer works and I don't know how to fix it. I am teaching a class and the fillet tool works for most students but, for a couple of them, it does not work. The dimension tool is active (ON), I try to click the fillet, but it will not recognize it (i.e., turn orange) however, when I scroll over to any other feature such as a line, circle, etc. it recognizes them and turn orange enabling you to select it. For some reason, OnShape no longer allows me to select fillets in any drawing file for any drawing document I have even on ANY computer. Can you please suggest a fix.

In the screenshot 1 below, you can see the Dimension tool active, and when I hover over the circle, it highlights orange, enabling me to select it and add the 1" diameter dimension.

In the screenshot 2 below, you can see the Dimension tool active, but when I hover over the fillet, it DOES NOT highlight orange, thus, I can't select it.

Without access to the documents, this is just a guess, but one possibility is that a student made the part with a tool other than a constant radius fillet. In the animation below, the part on the left has a constant radius fillet and the part on the right has a conic arc.

The control was set to curvature instead of distance. This fixed the issue. Thank you!
