Support to rotation part, cap and stand

Hi
I am almost in last phase of project and this is my first project after going through tutorials and vidoes :)
I am unable to figure out how to do the following and hence this post
As you see in assembly
The blacde part is placed inside bowl
The blade part is a rotational part, so it just cannot be placed as it is in the bowl
There should be a support from bottom of bowl to top of blade so blade rotates correctly
need a cover on top to cover the blade and on top of cover i need mount to fix stepper motor
lastly i need to make a stand to the project so the whole bowl sits firmly on stand
