Using Revolve would enable using a sketch that Use(s) the existing part surfaces along with added sketch elements to create profiles. Are the parts to be 3D printed? - Scotty

Create a lid using the same tools you used to build the bowl. The question of how to design isn't going to get much of a response as how to design something is up to the designer and how they want to do it.
MDesign is right, design style is up to you. Meantime here are some tools to use for your design including move face for clearance.

In my days of filament printing considerable tolerances were necessary where parts mate with each other. Much less tolerance is needed with resin printing.
Aside from printing, in your design, I would suggest adding a considerable filet where the walls of the part compartments meet the bowl bottom. That will make it easier to remove some parts in that you'd be able to swoop the part out along the curve rather than having to try to dig it out of a corner. It will also beef up the walls. You would, however, lose storage space.
