Plasticity 2025.1
I mention Plasticity every now and then because it's also Parasolid based, and the price point puts it in either competition with Onshape or at a reasonable place to be an adjunct to Onshape. It's not parametric, it's not really a good tool for mechanical CAD, but it is interesting for surfacing, industrial design work and form finding. This latest release includes a bunch of surfacing features I'd love to see in Onshape (NUV CV editing for surfaces including proportional, "natural" surface extension, etc).

It's funny you should post this as it's one of the biggest reasons I piped up about that open sourcing the parasolid kernel bit. I had been looking for info about how solid kernels work, only to find that THE main one is mostly closed off from that kind of study. I really like this tool though. It looks great.
Thank you for sharing. Been watching Plasticity for a while. Cool stuf
