Trouble with PP ThreadCreator creating external threads when I want an internal tap for 3D Printing

Howdy folks, I would like to 3d print this part, a surface mount that has a single 1/4-20 tapped hole at 45 degrees relative to the surface. I have added the PP ThreadCreator Beta V3 to my workspace, but I can't get it to actually work. I believe it is incorrectly automatically determining that it is an external thread, not a tapped hole. You can see from this image that the threads are appearing on the outside of the top of the hole (even then, only with certain configurations like number of threads or distance. Choosing different numbers for these or "Fully Threaded" makes what few threads there are disappear).

Is there something I am doing wrong or is there some way to fore the ThreadCreator to switch to an internal tap rather than an external thread? Or is it possible that the problem is something else? I have selected the view option to see hidden edges, but nothing shows up in terms of threads.
