Full round/ fillet edge on cone

I can´t get this cone end to full round, or even fillet the edge to a full round.
I extruded a circle with a 1 degree draft, and I want the end to be completely rounded
Any body help please

you can't put that fillet after the shell (unless you fillet the inside first so there's material to fillet from). best to fillet the top first and then shell.
you can trial and error your way into a minimal flat spot at the top with fillet, but with this 1 degree draft it'll be hard to fully round. not the best way but it may be sufficient for your needs.
the ideal way to approach this shape would be by making it with a revolve. you can set the draft and constraints on top fillet (bezier/spline/arc) in one sketch and have a perfect continuity. you could even include the flange.
revolve the shape using the 'thin' option will even strip the need for the shell operation. add revolve the flange, finishing fillets. done
