Newbie help needed. Revolute joint pins "Shearing" not recognised as solid bodies

Having the same problem with 2 linkage assemblies with the first 2 Revolute pins entered working correctly in both applications but the third pin appears to be OK, but is ignored as if invisible to links when movement is started. All surfaces appear to be correctly aligned in their planes etc.
In the case of the Jansen Leg linkage 10 pivot points are required, have seen a reference to using an alternative function to revolute for additional joints? any help appreciated

I changed one of the revolute mates to cylindrical. Some times because of using real numbers there can be an ever so small error in alignment using revolute mates. Also if you want to have slide move the full distance of rail, the grey arm needs to be out board of the blue arm.
Thanks Glen will give it a try and report back
this looks applicable as well. I am facing a similar issue but the dimensions are different. This gave me an idea that I can apply this thing on my problem as well.
I need to learn from this error as well!! picked the link between the 2 levers as it is easy to check positioning etc, with the space behind .Also is what will be required on the multiple joints on Jansen leg Mechanism.
Cylindrical partly works with the Pin locked to the short lever. but still passes through the the longer link. I aligned the 2 faces on the pin and short arm, because the pin is longer than required.
My apologise for being a slow learner!
