How to bend this particular shape

Hello guys, so I am in a pickle. I am pretty new to this 3d modelling software. I am trying to bend these 2 models that I made above. I need them to have the same curvature radius so that I am able to 3d print them and connect them using the t-joint that I made. I am unsure how i should go about bending these 2 models. Could someone help me out. Thank you for your help guys.

Start over, you can't bend something after modeling it. The bend has to be in from the start.
Draw an arc as your sketch, in the bend radius you would like. Thin extrude the arc. Next, draw the T shaped cut as a sketch. Extrude it, and I'd recommend thin extruding it as a cut. The thickness you set the thin extrude to will become clearance for the printer.
