Populate a circular pattern in Assembly

If you have a part with a cirular pattern, of a hole for instance, that you've brought into an assembly and you mated another part to that hole, how can you poluate that part to the circular patern of the first part?

Replicate is one option. Assembly pattern is the second. I'd probably try replicate first.
