Why is everything so slow

So Ive run into another issue I cant seem to diagnose. All of a sudden my file is running at a crawl. The last time this happened it was because I had designed the entire project and all its parts in a single part studio. Thats not the case this time. The project is separated into its major parts, all with their own part studio. Admittedly it was fine for a little bit but started slowing down as I went into the fine detail. I avoided using a dwg/dxf for it as I was told (and have experienced first hand) the severe drop in speed when theyre in use and instead basically "traced" the details I wanted. Thats where the issue started and Ive been seeing a severe drop in my speed ever since. I was just trying to use the design to "circular pattern" onto the Sheath for Extrude/Remove. Its not my computer as I've tested on a few. Other projects work fine as well. Only thing I can think of is that maybe I made the design I was recreating TOO small and detailed, but that is my only idea. Ive also reached out to support who suggested returning to a previous version but thats not really feasible at this point. If anyone could take a look and put a new set of eyes on it Id greatly appreciate it. The detail in question is in the "Sheath" part studio under "Snake Skin Design Base". Thanks in advanced.

My guess would be a lot of unconstrained sketches, at least from my experience sketches can become very cumbersome when not constrained.

Even if that's not the case, I highly recommend making sure sketches are constrained properly, at the very least to each other.
