Add wedge to surface

A bit new to 3D modeling. I'm trying to add a wedge/slant to bottom of my part. The one picture shows what the bottom of the part looks like, and the other shows how I want the bottom slanted. How do I achieve this?

Hello Erich. I'm not sure how you built your model. If you extruded the base, you could first increase the extrude. If an extrude was not used, you could add an extrude to it or use Move Face.
A mate connector is a handy tool for many applications. Place a mate connector on the underside face of the base at the center (or another location such as the edge of the curved edge). The mate connector can then be used with the Split tool to get the desired results. Mate connectors are very maneuverable. You can change its position and orientation such as tilting the mate connector along an axis.
Assuming you are going to have to play around with the mate connector position and orientation, using a couple of variables for position and orientation would come in handy. With the variable table open, you can change the variables and see the results 'on the fly' without having to go into the Mate Connector feature.
