Validating if threaded parts fits correctly when printed

I have made a lid with thread (Part Studio 2) for base in Part Studio 1. I am not sure if I 3d print, I will be able to thread the lid to base correctly. can anyone help validate this in design

    your parts are two different diameters so they will not thread together. You can use an assembly to see this

    Whoa! That's a lot of threads! Even if they did fit each other, there's going to be a lot of friction due to the amount of surface contact; especially plastic to plastic. I would try for way fewer, more robust threads. I would guess that the threads you have modeled are much too fine to hold up to an even minor cross threading.

    Printing this on a filament printer, I would not expect the outcome would be anything useful. A resin printer could probably pull it off but you would still be left with the problems noted above.

    Once you have the male part modeled, you can use a Boolean Remove to ensure you have matching threads on the female part. The Move Face tool can then create a wee bit of wiggle room to allow the threaded parts to screw together easier.

    One last thing: rather than using threads with sharp edges, using a rounded shape would probably do well. Take a look at the threads on a liquid laundry soap container for example. - Scotty

    Don't underestimate what you can do with FDM printers. This was a very functional fine thread. 13/16-20. was just a prototype and never made it to the finest setting .

    Not sure what's to be dissatisfied about. you asked for validation but it can't be validated if they don't fit.
