Failed to extrude, check input

in General
I am new to Onshape and I am having trouble extruding a part. Everything is fine aside from the large outer part.

something strange is happening. probably the underlying sketch has some difficult geometry.
are you sure this is what you want to extrude though? or should it be a base plate that the other parts sit on? or is it for a multi-color part?
in either case, it may be better to select all faces of the sketch3 (or sketch the base plate in a separate sketch). extrude it, and add/subtract the other parts afterwards…

ah, and as you try that, the boolean subtract will give you more explicit feedback on the problematic area:
these edges are just touching. when that occurs in a single part, CAD doesn't know how to behave on that edge.
so solve that in your sketch and your original approach will work also…
