Can we add hydrostatic pressure to tanks?

Is it possible to add varying pressures down the sidewall of a tank?
I'm doing some simulations on a water holding tank, and since the pressure at the bottom of the tank would be greater than the top, I need to have differing pressures as the water depth increases.
Is that currently possible with the beta?
