Two questions about designing a base part of the case for my PCB

I don't know why but my previous post was not published. So i will try again.

I designed PCB for my keypad KiCAD. I already got it and have it soldered. I need to design a "base" for it in onshape and print in my 3dprinter. By "base" i mean flat "floor" in shape of pcb with some columns (cylinders) in places of mounting holes. But heres catch - the "floor" surface should not be parallel to PCB surface like usual. It should be angled to one side (slope). So columns from one (left) side will be short and then the closer they are to the other (right) side they longer they will be. So here are the questions:

  1. How to export (to which format) pcb design so onshape can import it easily and use as a sketch?
  2. How to design and extrude this "angled" base for pcb?
