flat patern sheet metal
Hi,
Hopefully this post will help someone and save you some frustraition.
I was making a sheet metal part but for some reason it wasent being generated in the flat patern format.
Turns out if you change the name of the feature in the build tree it won't generate a flat patern.I didnt look to deep into it afterwards so i dont know exactly why this happend but when i changed the name back to "sheet metal module 9" the part generated.
if anyone hase a more exact explination for this it would be much appricappreciated

I haven't seen this issue before. It has always worked as expected when renaming sheet metal features. I just ran a test and was able to repeatedly change SM feature name with out flat patterner disappearing.
Perhaps you should speak to support and refer as a bug of some sort.
