Curved Plate

Hello all,
I am really struggling with the simplest of tasks, that is curving a flat plate.
I need to create a number of plates from a drawing that I can use in a model to create a Jig.
I have attached the drawing of one of the plates below, I cannot for the life of me recreate it.. Can anyone help?

Is this kinda what you're looking for. The hole function works OK but I haven't found a way to make the bevel in sheet metal. I would think that this part would roll or bend with the bevel in place. Maybe something to submit an IR for.
