How to generate and use XSRF token

Hi
We are using OnShape API to access documents information and also to upload few CSV files as blob elements in a OnShape workspace.
We have been using CURL commands to acheive this, but not understood how XSRF can be generated.
GET docuemnts API works without XSRF token but POST on Blobelements doesn't work without adding XSRF token to the header.
At present we are copying the XSRF token generated from https://cad.onshape.com/glassworks swagger documentation explorer and copied the XSRF token in our CURL command.
Is there any doumentation on how we can generate and use XSRF token and also thier expiry information.
