Im having issues with a sheet metal model

i turned this part into a sheet metal model already, but i cannot get a flat pattern. Is there any why id be able to get a dxf and/or flat pattern?

    is it an official sheet metal model? made with the sheet metal features (I can't judge from the feature tree). in that case it'll be in the sheet metal flat pattern tab on the right.

    else use: Analysis→ flatten. it'll do the job to create a dxf.

    BTW: since the latest update this week, you can now create sheet metal parts that are round/conical!
