Non-Manifold body issues when trying to extrude a .dxf sketch

I have gone through and tried to edit the original vector file multiple times to try and address this manifold body issue but nothing I've been doing seems to be resolving the issues. Every time I make a change an issue pops up in a different section of the sketch profile. I'm pulling my hair out over how much time I've spent trying to resolve this issue but not understanding why it keeps happening or what I can do to make sure it's no longer going to be an issue.
My goal is to have the image subtracted from the main body in 3 different depths to reflect a sense of shading. Any help would much appreciated here.

onshape doesn't let you have geometry that meets and creates at a zero thickness to each other. your going to have to think outside the box or change your sketch so that doesn't happen.
Also don't be afraid to clean up segmented lines by replacing with nice smooth ones as I did with the bottom of the chin here.
