How to set a distance between a segment and another element, "away" in the 3D view

I saw someone using a "suchi press" and I want to design mine and print it. It will help me to get back to making sushi at home.
The idea is a container where you put first the nori sheet, then the rice and other stuff, and you close it with the nori sheet folded/rolled. Then you press with a halp-cylinder and you have your roll.
Then you can cut it in that container. And this is my first blockage.
As you can see in https://cad.onshape.com/documents/94829cd7333a58edf2c574dd/w/431df7572e55859b86d3487c/e/812ce338ab57df2554c4a35b?renderMode=0&uiState=684c48846eb16a1485c87f3d , and specifically sketch 3, I created the gap that is supposed to cut through the upper part of the container, and go at 1 mm deep into the base (to help with the cut).
This is obviously not what is on the sketch, where the unconstrained part reaches way below the base. My intent was to make a constraint on the distance between this edge and the lowest part of the semi-circle - 2 mm. This would make that 2 mm groove.
How can I approach this? After selecting the lower rectangle edge I could not find a way to select something that would represent the lowest part of the semi cyliner (which is also the base of the container without the semi-circle)
Comments
In the sketch you can select the edge of semi-circle and select the "use" command, from there you can use is as a reference.
Or you might be able to just show sketch2 and dimension from the "tip" of the circle directly
Thank you, using Sketch 2 was very easy!
