Insert Failed from VEX V5 extension

Whenever I try to insert a part from the extension onto my assembly it keep saying insert failed, I don't know my way around this. Can anyone help?

Hello. The app seems to be working properly on my end. What part are you trying to insert? Have you tried clearing your browser cache and trying again, or trying in an incognito window?
