Prototyping - make it more automated?

I do a lot of 3d print prototyping and currently my workflow is the following (all manually):
- change version in embossed text (I created configuration field so I don't have to edit sketch)
- create new version (so I can quickly go back to best version if needed)
- export model via right click on part studio tab
- drag files from downloaded zip file into project folder
- reload objects in slicer
Is there a way optimize this process?

I've seen some cool examples of people using the API and some Python scripts to automate steps 1-4.
