When importing a 3D scan OBJ, all I see is a bunch of outlines. How can I get it to display properly

Hello! I am trying to import a OBJ file (3D Scan) of an engine bay to use as a reference for modeling parts and such. When I import the file however, the model is rendered as a bunch of outlines, which makes it unusable. Occasionally, when I hover over specific parts of the model, more outlines appear.

I attempted importing it as an STL, and that just showed me nothing at all. I understand Onshape is not great at this, but it is the only tool I have at my disposal. I was wondering how I would be able to fix this issue so that I can begin working. Attached are photos of the issue. Thank you in advance.
