Why am I getting gateway time out when using the forum?

It's annoying to see this when posting a link on the forum. Some time ago there was discutions about this issue and it seemed to go way. For some time now I've been dealing with it. If I paste a link there is a spinning circle and a time out note that only posts text instead of a link.
