Name of composite part is not preserved in exported step file.

Good Morning,
I have just started using onshape CAD and I have created a simple document named radElem (stored in public area) consisting of a composite part including two sub-parts and a surface.
The step file exported from this document preserves the names of the 3 included entities but it doesn't preserves the name assigned to the composite part.
This is a problem in my intended application. I would like to use Onshape CAD to draw geometries of electromagnetic problems handled with a novel EM solver I am developing (see hierarchical-electromagnetics.com).
