Export Rules for things other than the name of the document.

I have noted that the default export settings for DXF files are to export it in meters.
This can cause confusion in suppliers, especially when i manage to forget to change it to millimeters.
I'm sure onshape would expose a setting like this to users, but i can't for the life of me find where to change the default value.
Any help is much appreciated.
