Cut list giving incorrect results

I have a cutlist that is providing different results for the angled members in the drawing below.
Any ideas what's going on here? The 3030.51mm is neither the length of the centreline, nor the length of of the frame (whether measured flat, or on the angle)

Have you checked the total length as if it was not cut on angles yet?
I use a sketch to allow dimension from a line that is perpendicular to the tube when I want to dimension over all length.
It would be nice to have an other means sometimes like selecting a parallel to set dimension orientation.
