Option to Add Multiple Faces to Splits

It would be really nice to be able to add multiple faces of a single part or multiple different surfaces to the "entity to split with" section of the split tool. Because currently I am attempting to split parts that would be much easier to split if I could combine faces similar to how you can combine faces or surfaces in a loft.
