Basic loft not generating properly

I have tried every different setting and nothing makes a difference, tried all different orders and even redrew features and I'm constantly getting the same issue. just want it to be a nice smooth transition like the one on the left.

The reason for it is the program doesn't always know where you want the start of the circles to be connected since there are no endpoints.

Try adding a path curve. You may also have to add a a connection as well.
Come to think of it you might be able to just set the start and end profiles to tangent and then a connection setting if needed
I tried setting them to tangent but that didn't help, I also tried adding a path but it just kept dropping the faces off the loft so I'm probably doing something wrong there. id really like to know what's actually causing this though cause I've never had a issue like this and I've done plenty of drawing with nearly identical features.
got it to follow a path but its still not generating. I have no idea what's happening.

Just need to select connections and pick the two circles then set where they should connect.

thank you soo much, i was going mental trying to work it out. just trying to teach my self cad slowly haha.
@dylan_allright your welcome. I was looking at some things while I was digging around in your file and a couple of tips came to mind. When you have multiple features that are identical and evenly spaced, look to use patterns to save some time. also I saw some repetitive dimensioning on circles in a sketch that could benefit from using the equals constraint. If you haven't done the fundamentals courses 'intro to CAD' at learn.onshape.com, highly recommended for speeding up the learning process.
