Aligning drawing dimensions

Hi,
I'm trying to align a dimension in a drawing of a sheet metal part with one of the faces of the part. Unfortunately the face I want the dimension aligned to is not orthogonal and the only dimensions I am able to create in a drawing are either horizontal or vertical.
Here is a screen shot of my drawing. I am trying to dimension from the centre of the hole in the cross section to the face of adjacent surface (see orange arrows) but all I can generate is the vertical dimension.
Can anyone suggest how I might achieve what I am after?
