Workflow from Onshape CAD to yacht interior renders for web use

Dear Onshape community,
To assist our family business, I'm figuring out how to transition my father-in-law's company from some AutoCAD sketches into Onshape.
I'm fully confident on the CAD modelling side. What I'm curious about is to find an easy or convenient workflow to render the interior 3D modelling into visually compelling 2D and 3D deliverables.
Ideally, these deliverables are shown on our showcase website. But I also want to prepare them for 3D walkthroughs and possibly VR visualisations.Next to accurate 3D modelling, it's important to quickly add interior elements like blankets, pillows, decoration etc... Control of lighting and background scenery would be nice too.
I'm looking at 3DSMax, 5D Render, KeyShot and many others, but I was wondering if anyone has experience in setting up a workflow out of Onshape? I'm not considering Onshape rendering, as it is too much CAD focused.
Examples of renders that I envision are seen here:

If you don't want to rebuild you render model each time design changes happen, it is important to have a good interface from CAD to the render package. I have been using Keyshot for automotive prototype stuff for years and it provided such an interface, where I would just reload my updated CAD and keep all assigned properties in place, as well as the decoration added. It was pretty much straightforward and fast, which I appreciated, because I am not a render guy and never wanted to be. It was just a tool and it did the job.
