Been trying out Onshape several weeks on a free account so far.. I think I am missing out on some feature rich tools I see on another's video. how does one access this?

That seems to be from IronCAD - a completely different program which only runs on Windows and costs more. I have yet to run into anyone who actually uses IronCAD. Solidwoks, Creo, NX, Catia, Spaceclaim, etc… sure. But I don't know what niche or geographic area is successful for IronCAD.
