social sharing tags (opengraph?) for sharing on linkedin

I was looking to add a couple of my OnShape projects to LinkedIn and found that they were not allowing the links to be added using the media link feature. The specific error is Sorry, we were unable to retrieve information about your link. Please try another link.. I suspect this is due to missing social sharing tags. Seems like 'opengraph' may be a relevant reference.
Is there an existing way to create a link that would work? If not then I guess this may become a feature request.
