Why isn't this loft working?

Hi sorry brand new to onshape…Why isn't this loft working between these three sketches? My leading theory is the point at V2 is causing issues?
I create sketch A, then created sketch B from an offset plane, then drew construction lines 1 and 2, there's another sketch not shown that constrains an angle between 1, v2, and V1 on the "right" plane: I had to create the point at V2 in sketch B because I couldnt work out how to get line V1-V2 to constrain to line 1 so its start point was on the line… Anyway, V1, V2, V3 were used for the plane for Sketch C, sketch C is tangent with "used" line 2…
They're all lofting 'seperately', A goes to B, B goes to C…. but they dont wanna loft together? The only thing i can think of that "didnt seem smart" was how I couldn't think of a way to contrain V1-V2 to line 1? Is that the cause of my problems? 🤔

Error just shows as this:

actually, when i just checked. the loft from B to C was failing as well.
It only works if you help it a bit with 'connections':
Since both sketch B and C are circles round 5, a simple revolve from Sketch B might have been simpler. then create a loft to C.
But if you insist, a loft from A to B to C will work if you make sure the loft can actually make a bit of a bend on the inside curve between B and C. but since these profiles are now coincident at a point, it's infinately sharp, and may create self intersecting geometry there and therefore fails.:
Connection definition is still required.

Thanks Jelte! I'll have to look in to that connections feature. After post i did get it working by moving the face away a bit like you suggest. Thanks for your help!
@simon_anderson820 for a short explaination of what you might be seeing…(disclaimer: I haven't looked at you doc)
