Onshape with python

Hi! I'm Aahana Aggarwal, an undergrad at Georgia Tech. I'm trying to link Onshape with PyCharm so that I can simply upload a file with a bunch of coordinates and onshape can create spheres at each of those locations. I have almost no coding knowledge and am struggling to understand how API works with all of this. I created the API key and loaded the access and secret key in a pycharm document. when i run the test code, which is just building a simple sphere, i get the following response. I would appreciate any help i can get on this matter.
