Simulation Results

I developed a model and assign materials for the assembly. But still it shows that material has to be assigned and cannot run the simulation. I have uploaded few screenshots and hope you may understand and please help me to figure this out.
Thanks for your support,
Dilshan.

If you hover over the error, it should let you know what the error is. If its still saying "Material required" and all parts have a material (make sure that they're all materials with Youngs Modulus and Poissons Ratio btw!), then that might be worth filing a support ticket.
But my guess is its warning you that Simulation does not support "Pin slot" mates currently. You can change you Connectivity method to "bond all touching faces", and that may resolve the issue.
Could you share a link to the doc? A support ticket is probably the best way to help most directly
That yellow warning icon is not just for missing materials. I can also indicate that at least one part must be fixed in order for assemblies to run.
In addition:
- Pin-slot mates are not supported for Simulation.
- It looks like you might be trying to do more of a motion analysis, which is not the intended use case for Onshape Simulation.
I suggest checking out the Learning Center Simulation course:

This is the link to the document:

I need to fix the bottom most part and need to move other parts as forces have been applied, following that condition I intend to perform a FEA analysis.
How it could be done possibly. I have shared with you the link to the document. Would you mind helping me with that please…
Thank you in advance,
Dilshan.
Thank you for sharing the document. Unfortunately, it is not public so I can only view the document, and not make a copy to play with.
That said… yes, you need to fix a part. If you fix the purple part, it will not be part of the simulation analysis. So you need some kind of base or fixture. Also, Onshape Simulation (like all FEA) is for small deformations. It will give you stresses, but not a realistic picture of how this thing is going to deform.
I recommend this Learning Center course:
