When using external thread on a cylinder : is there no possibility to add a second chamfer?

Do you mean a chamfer at the start of the threads, as in how they will look when machined in real life? If, you can make the chamfer before the thread helix, using the chamfer tool. If you want to make the chamfer afterwards, use the revolve tool to sketch the chamfer before the helix, then do the revolve itself after the helix.
Confused what exactly you are asking, the title does not say it all;)
