Generating sheets from pattern with curved pieces

I was designing a simple boat that could be assembled from sheet cardboard or steel, and was surprised to see the sheet metal tool refused to generate a pattern from it.
It seems to not want to generate any curved surfaces, even though I'm quite sure each face is only curved in one dimension, so it should be achievable with sheets.
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

The sheet metal tools are wigging out when it tries to apply corner relief geometry to some of these razor thin corners you've drawn in this part studio. You can get it to work if you do more than one sheet metal feature.

Thanks, I was able to get it work that way, and then also simplified my design in a way that didn't have the issue. I don't really get what went wrong, but I'm at least glad "one face at a time" is an effective workaround.
